I had a service today 19th October recieved the text message day before as a reminder. I turned up first thing to be told not only was it not booked in that it was actually booked in on an earlier date (by who, not me). I originally booked this in directly with them and not onoine after my MOT in September and had no problem to wait 4- 6 weeks for the service, even had this confirmed by voice when I was asked to fill out the customer service satisfaction form a week after the MOT.
