Ordered a New 3008 GT Petrol Hybrid in July 2024 and advised at the time it would take until at least February 2025 to collect. Collected it on the 24th January 2025 and it was worth the wait. Both James Collier who took the order and Michael Mccormack who took over from James after his promotion have excelled in the service / advice provided from my first contact with Snows Romsey and I am sure this will continue in the ongoing contact.

After visiting the dealership in Romsey to view available nearly new cars, we were pleased to share a pleasant conversation with Mike, about the various models. He was informative and extremely helpful, but not in a pushy way. Normally I find salesman “full on” but not on this occasion. The process to purchase the car chosen was smooth, and the personal service provided was good.
The car was received fully clean and presentable. Nice touch to receive a call 48 hours after to check all ok
